Annual Awards and All-section End of Year Meeting

This will be an end-of-year meeting for all Sections, with Awards for all 3 sections and the Explorers. 

All members of Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, volunteers, plus family, friends and invited members of the community are welcome. It's a fairly informal evening, with the chance to reflect on what we've achieved this year, think about the future, and an opportunity for monster all-sections wide games.

3. Governance topics:
   1. Approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 23 September 2024
   2. Note the Group’s financial year (1 April 25 - 31 March 2026)
   3. Agree the number of members that may be appointed to the Trustee Board (Chair, GLV, Secretary, Treasurer + 4) - although currently only +2
   4. Agree the quorum for future meetings of the Group Scout Council (excluding this AGM) - 10, one of whom must be the Group Scout Leader, Chair or Trustee.
4. Review of the previous year
   1. The Group Lead Volunteer’s (GSL’s) review of Scouts in Dunning
   2. Receive and consider the Annual Report of the Group Trustee Board, including the annual Statement of the Accounts
