Dunning Scout Group - 2020 Annual Gathering

We will be holding our Annual Gathering and General Meeting online at 8pm on Tuesday 29th September.

Normally we would meet in the woods and have a BBQ and a great presentation from the children... but due to Covid-19 restrictions the meeting will be bit shorter and held online. Details on accessing the online meeting will be emailed to the Scout Council (that's all the parents, leaders, supporters and stakeholders) directly.

Key business

• Introduction
• Elect Chair
• Apologies for absence.
• Agree minutes of previous AGM (please read attached file).
• Receive and adopt the Annual Report (up to 10 March 2020) 
• Receive and adopt the Financial Statements for the previous financial year (up to 10 March 2020).

Elections and appointments

• Reappoint or elect key appointments in the Group Scout Council (Secretary, Treasurer).
• Appoint the Independent Examiner for the coming year.
• Elect and/or co-opt members to the Executive Committee
• Elect representatives to external organisations (DCC and DCT)
