Development meeting for all trustees, leaders and volunteers, to scope next few years' activities:

- Risk register - strategic/generic risks to group (NOT a review of risk assessments!)
- Work/maintenance plan and how to report faults
- Any other items worthy of discussing between all volunteers (hall/minibus booking, planning, recruitment, support, finances etc)
Depending upon numbers will either be in the village hall Reading Room (Scary Birds) or the main hall. Will retire to the Kirkstyle afterwards
